1. The service
Momentz is a photo and video gallery delivery platform for photographers, filmmakers and studios. The professional uploads the material, the platform processes and organizes it, and the end client opens a link to watch, favorite and download. Momentz does not edit media, does not sell photos to end clients, and hosts no site beyond the studio's public gallery pages.
2. Account and responsibilities
The account belongs to the studio, which is responsible for the material it uploads and the links it shares. The studio confirms it holds the rights it needs over the photos and videos it sends. Team invites are the responsibility of whoever sends them; a pending invite already occupies a seat on the plan.
3. Content
Uploaded material remains the studio's. Momentz stores and processes it only to provide the service: generating thumbnails, streaming, AI organization, downloads and authorized transfers. No content is used for any other purpose.
4. Plans and payment
The plans, limits and prices in force are the ones published on the pricing page. Payment is processed by Stripe. On cancellation the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for; after that the account moves to the Free plan and its limits. Material is not deleted: if the account sits above the Free limit, new uploads are blocked until space is freed, and existing galleries stay reachable for clients.
5. Availability
The service is provided as is, with continuous effort toward availability and no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Gallery links may carry an expiration set by the studio.
